Description: The database contains notes found in manuscripts from the library of the monastery of
Patmos and have been published until now in the collection’s catalogues. As a future step,
the aim is to include relevant material from the library’s old printed books, and, as a final
stage, to develop it into a thesaurus of primary historical evidence from the collections of
the monastery, with the addition of historical information in its published documents.
